Designation: Senior Marketing Manager 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing traction on the Praman product through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
  • Ensure the organization's communications are distributed across channels and to  targeted audiences to meet sales objectives
  • Conceive branding strategies and increase brand equity through branding efforts  and improving the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website  and actively involved in content marketing plans to revamp blog/forum to boost  brand awareness, increase viewership, etc
  • Manage traditional and digital marketing spend/budgets and relationships with marketing agencies and other business partners on the relevant section of P & L Work on building the social media strategy of the company by establishing a  presence on social media platforms.
  • Create a digital dashboard that includes analytics, opportunities measurement,  competition benchmarking, and performance review of success metrics.
  • Lay a particular emphasis on digital marketing initiatives for the company, including  SEO, building digital marketing media plan, online brand building, and prepare strategies for the digital roadmap, and ensuring implementation of the same.
  • Drive engagement with customers via (Call Centre) to onboard, activate, participate  and generate revenue

 

Requirements: 

  • MBA in marketing from Top institutions with 6+ years of work experience across E-commerce and Retail Marketing
  • Knowledge of market research practices and techniques and experience running  large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams
  • Ex Entrepreneurs/ candidates with Agri tech or farming background preferred Has relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to work in ambiguous situations.
