: Inside Sales Specialist

Exp: 2-5 years

Job Duties

  • Build a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities with prospects in the assigned region
  • Responsible for campaigns designs, writing email templates, work closely with the Data Research team to identify the right targets
  • Campaigns execution, management, monitoring, and analysis to keep a track of campaigns
  • Develop a very good understanding of all the services/offerings, work closely with Product and Region heads to formulate sales, accounts, and business/market development strategy
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM( ideally Hubspot) is essential to have
  • Database management (new data extraction & refinement with the help of Data Research Team


  • 2-5 years of experience in India and international lead generation
  • Experience in Agritech, Agri Supply Chain or Food Retail sector
  • Experience in working with complex IT services and products
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with overseas clients
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PPT, XLS, MS Word) required
  • Willing to work in a dynamic fast-paced flexible environment
