transparency in the food and agri supply chain. We are creating cutting edge solutions for
scalable quality assessment and improvement and leverage AI, Computer Vision and IoT.
We are working with various industries such as food retail, food processing, commodity traders
providing them with tools to assess and track quality across their processes. This helps them
make better procurement, storage and usage decisions leading to the right price and reduced
wastage.


We are looking for implementation managers who can successfully onboard small and medium-sized food businesses to use Intello Track solution. You will need to work with various teams -
customer teams, sales, product, engineering and testing. You will ensure that the solutions and
deliverables provided to customers meet high-quality standards.

You will be responsible for the following.

  • Understanding a client’s processes and modeling the same on the software
  • Configuration and set-up
  • Managing testing and quality control of deliverables
  • Internal and external stakeholder alignment and management to mitigate risks and
    ensure timely delivery
  • Participate in the product demonstrations and own success of pilots
  • Provide support to clients to tackle any issues raised and respond to change requests

The following are essential qualifications.
  • Passionate about customer success
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product delivery or project management experience
  • Led external client facing projects
  • Been part of / set-up system configuration or support processes
  • Detail-oriented and cross-functional
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

The following are useful additional qualifications.

  • Project management certification
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering/business management
  • Hands-on knowledge of database querying and reporting
