What We're Building
Intello Labs is building the Physical AI layer for global fresh produce supply chains — enabling objective quality assessment, automated operations, and transparent trade at every step from farm to fork.
Fresh produce is a $1 trillion industry still run on gut feel. A mango is priced by the look in a trader's eye. An apple lot is rejected because of a phone call. A farmer earns less simply because no one could measure quality objectively.
We built the machines to see every fruit. The AI to grade it objectively. The platform to trade it transparently. And the data layer to make the whole chain smarter over time.

Vivek is a cross-functional specialist and leads products at Intello Labs. An IIT Bombay alumnus, he has 15+ years of experience in AI, robotics, and machine learning with a penchant for exponential business growth.
Suneet has 15 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, and Business Development. He holds a Dual Degree (B.Tech + M. Tech.) from IIT Bombay and he likes various problem-solving approaches.

2018
Google Launchpad · First Machine Deployment
Selected for Google Launchpad Accelerator. First commercial sorting machine deployed at a packhouse. 100,000+ fruits graded in first month of operation.
2020
Digital Mandi Launch · Multi-Commodity
Digital Mandi platform goes live — connecting remote buyers to AI-graded lots for the first time. Expanded commodity coverage to citrus, pomegranate, mango, and onion.
2022
100,000+ MT Milestone · Global Expansion
Crossed 100,000 metric tonnes processed. Deployments in Europe and South Africa. Selected for RISE Accelerator in Australia. FlowStar product launched.
